Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the City office) Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Financial Services We have partnered with a well-established and growing financial services firm based in the heart of London, focused on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions across the UK market. As we continue to enhance our digital platforms, My client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join the in-house technology team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of their Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and complex system integrations . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment and is keen to contribute to high-impact financial technology initiatives. Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems (REST/SOAP APIs) Maintain and optimize Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability and performance Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement processes 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience ~ Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Salesforce platform capabilities ~ Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow ~ Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.) ~ Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus) ~ You must have full right to work in the UK (British citizen, settled/pre-settled status, or valid work visa) Willingness to attend the London office one day per week Competitive salary: £Annual Bonus Hybrid working model with flexible hours Modern office in London’s financial district (City) Pension contributions Professional development support and Salesforce certification opportunities
