Norwich City FC’s Football Development Department is growing - and we’re looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Business Operations Assistant to help drive our expanding programme forward. Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the department, playing a key role in both the behind-the-scenes coordination and the outward-facing delivery of our football development work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and onboarding of new coaching staff
- Liaise with the Club’s Finance Team to process and manage monthly payroll
- Support the planning and promotion of our Holiday Football Camps
- Build and maintain relationships with partner schools, ensuring sessions are staffed and running smoothly
- Provide administrative and operational support across all aspects of the Football Development programme
- Communicate confidently with schools, venues, parents, and players to ensure high levels of service and delivery
