Technical Project Running Architect

My client is an award-winning, RIBA chartered Architectural practice located in Leicestershire. They have an extremely varied portfolio, completing multiple projects in the high-end residential, commercial, leisure, logistics and more. You will be joining a close-knit, collaborative team of 23 as a Project Running Architect, where employee retention is extremely high and the opportunities to develop are endless. In your role as a Project Running Architect, you will be focused on tasks such as: Running projects. Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders. Managing all technical aspects from start to finish. Collaborating in a team. Examining other team members\’ work. To apply for this role, it is essential you have: At least 5 years of experience in a UK-based role. Strong technical ability. Proficiency with AutoCAD.
