Overview EY seeks a Power & Utilities professional with experience in Operational Technology (OT) and Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) to join our EMEIA Digital Grid consulting practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digitising utility networks to facilitate the energy transition. Key Responsibilities Support planning, design, and delivery of digital grid programmes across EMEIA. Advise clients on OT strategy, business case, and roadmap development. Translate business needs into technical requirements and design business and solution architectures. Develop activity, resource, and cost plans for OT solutions implementation. Support procurement and evaluation of OT products and services, including tender documentation and contract management. Coordinate with vendors and OEMs on system and application design. Design business processes and manage change associated with large-scale programmes. Manage data services, testing, and system integration for OT projects. Maintain client relationships and develop thought leadership in digital grid technologies. Minimum Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in OT projects within Power & Utilities. Proven advisory experience and consulting skills. Experience with OT systems such as ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, DERMS. Understanding of the vendor ecosystem and standards like interoperability protocols and CIM. Technical skills including scripting, data analysis, and automation. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications Experience with utilities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Knowledge of enterprise integration, IEC standards, and other OT-adjacent systems like GIS. Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Arabic. Educational background in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar.
