  • Beratung von Führungskräften bei allen wichtigen HR- und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen (z. B. Leistungsbeurteilung, Beförderungen, Zielvereinbarungen, Gehaltsentwicklung)
  • Durchführung und Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen wie Leistungsverbesserung, Versetzungen und Trennungsgesprächen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kolleg:innen, Fachabteilungen und anderen Bereichen
  • Verbesserung von Personalprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen, z. B. durch die Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Klare Kommunikation und Umsetzung von Personalrichtlinien sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

Für deinen Weg als HR Business Partner:in für Führungskräfte solltest du Folgendes mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich und mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung im Personalbereich
  • Leidenschaft für Beratung, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Expertise im Arbeitsrecht, in der Leistungsbeurteilung, in Beförderungsprozessen sowie in der Betreuung von Führungskräften – Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors und Excel ist von Vorteil
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Struktur, Eigenverantwortung und Initiative aus
