What you’ll be doing: Manage relationships with SEND Schools, including retention, expansion, and new business development. Guide school leaders through recruitment processes using a consultative approach. Build a pipeline by calling schools. Collaborate with sales, operations, and tech teams to improve efficiency and deliver value. Contribute actively; no two weeks are the same in a startup environment.
