Our client is seeking a proactive AWS Security Operations Lead to oversee and manage their AWS security initiatives. This role requires a security-first mindset and hands-on experience in leading cloud security efforts, including design, architecture, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement AWS security policies and best practices.
• Monitor and address security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and product teams to ensure secure cloud architectures.
• Conduct security assessments and compliance checks.
• Lead incident response and forensic investigations.
• Automate security controls and processes.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and security practices.
• Drive cloud security strategy and lead AWS security operations.
Requirements:
• In-depth AWS security experience (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).
• Proficiency with tools like AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and IAM.
