Are you a natural connector with a passion for startups, funding, and community-building? We’re looking for a driven, well-networked Growth Partner / COO to help shape the future of early-stage innovation and investment.

About Us: At Invest Connect Marketplace, we’re on a mission to solve one of the biggest paradoxes in the startup world: “You need traction to raise funding. But you need funding to build traction.” We're building a tech-enabled platform that connects early-stage founders, investors, and startup service providers in one collaborative ecosystem—where innovation, funding, and opportunity meet. We're currently in soft launch and gaining momentum.

Your Role: As our Growth Partner / COO, you will:

  • Drive Growth Strategy: Own and lead the go-to-market strategy to grow platform visibility, traction, and user adoption.
  • Lead Business Development: Bring in founders, investors, and service providers by forging strategic partnerships and collaborations - email marketing, events, campaign, community building, cold reach, organic growth, digital marketing etc.
  • Elevate Brand Presence: Represent ICM in the startup & investor communities (events, panels, social).
  • Build Network Effects: Leverage your existing relationships to bring valuable connections to the platform.
  • Support Fundraising Efforts: Free up the founder to focus fully on fundraising by managing and scaling operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong presence in the startup ecosystem or investor network (VCs, angels, accelerators, founder communities).
  • A charismatic communicator with an enchanting personality —people remember you and trust you.
  • Proven experience in growth, partnerships, or COO-level roles.
  • Ability to lead with vision and get hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Passion for inclusive innovation and the startup community.
  • Comfortable working in an equity-first role at this early stage (equity structured upon discussion).
