Based from home and working within the fast-growing BauWatch UK sales and marketing team, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on Regional Sales within West & Central Yorkshire, expanding to the surrounding areas including the North East. You will be targeted to manage and grow both new and existing business. In this role, you will be responsible for sales within your specific region and will work closely as a key part of the Central-based Sales Team. This includes identifying, negotiating, and closing contracts with the aim of maximising market and sector penetration. You will support your peers and assist during times of illness and holiday. With a primary focus on construction, you will prospect at both office and site levels, targeting built infrastructure and non-building assets. Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative! Key Tasks: Prepare and deliver customer or market-based business plans to maximise revenue within West & Central Yorkshire and North East. Support other regional sales team members with leads and conversions, working collaboratively to achieve national targets. Utilise internal and external resources to research markets and customers, ensuring opportunities are maximised. Create and record new sales opportunities through targeted approaches to generate additional revenue channels. Promote the BauWatch brand, core values, and mission. Contribute to growing the BauWatch value proposition in the UK and establishing market leadership. Ensure full compliance with all H&S requirements, including the use of correct PPE at all times. Travel-ready: Holds a full driving licence with up to three penalty points. What’s On Offer: Salary £35,000-£43,000 depending on experience. Individual and team commission. 37.5 hours per week. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. In-house training with external support.
