We are hiring for a Business Transformation Delivery Manager.
Location: Hybrid - Knutsford
Lead and oversee the E2E Program/Project Delivery in Multi-Component of programs and projects, demonstrating extensive experience in managing and navigating through multiple interdependent component teams.
Must possess a background in financial services, specifically within Cards, Payments, Risk, or Collections and Recoveries.
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure, demonstrating the capability to hold diverse component teams accountable for timelines and costs.
Strong proficiency in JIRA is a mandatory requirement.
Proven ability to effectively provide change management and project management expertise to assigned projects.
Extensive practical experience with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and managing sprint-based deliveries.
Understand at a high level the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates, particularly the business impact of the regulatory environment within Financial Services.
