We're looking for a Cluster Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations across two well-established hotels in the Doncaster area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to expand their impact across multiple sites and grow within a dynamic, reputable company.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take full responsibility for day-to-day maintenance and statutory compliance across two hotel properties
  • Lead on all preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and safety procedures
  • Recommend and support larger-scale project work, while also managing minor in-house projects
  • Ensure all Health & Safety, risk assessment, and regulatory documentation is up to date and aligned with best practice
  • Collaborate closely with hotel leadership and provide strategic input on improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong track record as a Maintenance Manager in the UK hotel or branded franchise environment
  • Hands-on expertise in building maintenance, fire safety, and health & safety regulations
  • Confident in managing costs, department budgets, and compliance reports
  • Strong admin and IT skills, with a proactive, organised, and service-led approach
  • Someone who thrives in a leadership role, is a team player, and is driven to improve systems and standards
  • Able to work 40 hours per week (5 out of 7, mostly Monday-Friday, with occasional callouts)

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
