My client, a leading international law firm are seeking a Global Travel Manager to join their Operations team. In this role, you will oversee and enhance the firms travel program, ensuring seamless operations, cost efficiency, and exceptional service across all locations. You will be instrumental in consolidating the travel services to a single global provider for approximately 15 global offices. The Global Travel Manager will oversee all aspects of the global travel services, including policies, processes, and TMC relationships, ensuring compliance across all locations. The role involves optimising travel operations and providing insightful reports to senior management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Developing, reviewing, and maintaining global travel policies and enforcing them globally Aligning and executing global travel programs at the local level with key internal leaders Ensuring TMC adherence to travel-related processes (e.g., pre-approvals, out-of-policy exceptions, preferred hotels) and monitoring industry trends for improvement Managing TMC relationships, negotiating contracts with travel suppliers, and collaborating with Procurement
