Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful change initiatives? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects aligned with the Company strategy and project governance framework.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing individually allocated projects and driving them to completion. You will ensure that all projects are appropriately governed, scoped, and delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining a focus on high-quality business outcomes.

-GMP

-Buy-ins / Buy-Outs

-Systems

-Dashboard

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in project delivery with a successful track record of applying relevant project management methodologies.
  • Versatility in managing different project types, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and build trust with stakeholders, fostering an open and honest project environment.
  • Resilience and insight, using factual analysis to make recommendations that improve business change, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, or MSP.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience managing and delivering projects within a pension environment would be a significant advantage.
