We’re hiring a Vice President (VP) to join a high-performing Energy & Power advisory team based in London. This is a key role for someone with strong technical grounding in debt structuring and capital markets, who can also contribute across corporate finance, refinancing, and select M&A mandates. The focus is on conventional energy and power infrastructure – including thermal generation, midstream assets, reserve-based lending, and utilities – supporting clients navigating an evolving but still fossil-fuel-reliant energy system.

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Core energy markets – Advise across upstream and midstream oil & gas, gas-fired power, and integrated utilities
  • Strategic transactions – Support capital raising, refinancing, and asset rotation for large-scale energy infrastructure across EMEA
  • Global client exposure – Work with energy corporates, infrastructure funds, and international lenders, including those active in emerging markets

Who You Are:

  • 6–8 years’ experience in energy or infrastructure finance – ideally with exposure to project finance, reserve-based lending, or conventional power
  • Solid understanding of debt structuring and comfort working across capital structures
  • A confident communicator with strong execution skills and experience leading workstreams on complex transactions
  • Sector knowledge across oil & gas, power generation, or utilities is essential
  • Fluency in English required; other European or emerging markets languages are a plus

Why Join?

This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Take a lead role on strategic energy and power transactions across EMEA
  • Gain exposure to the full capital stack – from senior debt to equity-linked and hybrid solutions
  • Work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team with a strong track record across conventional energy

If you're ready to bring technical expertise and sector insight to impactful, high-value transactions in the global energy and power space – we’d like to hear from you.
