The Role You will be an independent risk advisor to clients and prospects, providing consultation and advice on various risk management needs. You’ll support the identification and development of the client’s risk profile to align with risk mitigation, transfer, and tolerance strategies. You will also develop new business opportunities and revenue in line with GB Retail sales strategy, focusing on driving new and existing business growth through WTW’s risk management solutions. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate clients’ risk exposure, maturity, claims profile, and governance to provide external perspective and challenge. Spot sales opportunities in risk and claims management. Manage key client accounts from a risk and claims perspective. Build networks through risk meetings, industry forums, and strategic risk groups. Facilitate panel and promotional events, providing expert risk advice. Connect with clients and prospects to understand and address their risk needs, delivering added value. Support bid tenders and leverage new business opportunities. Maintain a high profile externally and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams. Stay updated on industry trends, methodologies, and emerging risks.
