This role forms part of a business-critical reporting, insight and assurance capability. We provide timely and accurate information, which helps Thames Water manage its water network and helps customers save water. This is essential for ensuring Thames Water is able to provide clean, safe water now and into the future, while looking after the environment and the communities we serve.

The Co-ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of leakage and demand insight initiatives by capturing and managing risks, developing actionable plans with risk owners, and prioritising new work based on impact and team capacity. By aligning efforts across teams and focusing on the most critical issues, this role ensures that work delivers maximum value for money, adheres to schedules, and addresses the key factors affecting data quality and accuracy.
