Are you within shopping centre management or a senior retailer, looking for an exciting new challenge? You could be the newShopping Centre Manager of this exciting retail destination inBasingstoke , with the chance to work with one of the largest property management companies in the UK.
Yourresponsibilities will be:
- The day-to-day duties of a centre manager, reporting to the local authority landlord and Surveyor when necessary, and supporting each other to ensure all tasks are carried out to thehighest standard .
- Lead the onsite contracted team incleaning, security, maintenance and more, ensuring the highest operational standards are carried out within the scheme.
- Liaise withonsite tenants , supporting them in their trade, and alsofostering relationships withlocal stakeholders , such ascharities, emergency services , and more.
