SJC Partners is working with a leading law firm. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eDiscovery Specialist to join their London team on a fixed-term contract (FTC). As an integral part of the eDiscovery team, you will work on high-profile regulatory investigations, litigation, and compliance matters.

As a high-calibre eDiscovery specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of eDiscovery services.

  • Assist with data identification, preservation, and collection across a range of data sources.
  • Significant direct client-facing support experience within an eDiscovery project management capacity.
  • Manage document processing, analysis, and review using tools like Relativity, Nuix, or similar.
  • Proven ability to reactively solve immediately impacting issues associated with document reviews.
  • Liaise with legal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Support project management of large-scale eDiscovery matters under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

6+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, ideally within a law firm, consultancy, or corporate environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across legal and IT teams.
