Technical Writer - Fully Remote Working

Product Information Technical Author / Writer UK Remote – you must be based in the UK, no sponsorship, or relocation to the UK upto £45k plus benefits on a 2 year fixed term contract TrueNorth are working with a SAAS fintech who are looking for a Technical Author / Writer who can come in and redesign and rewrite their external user knowledge base / content from the ground up. You\’ll work closely with Product Managers to understand the content and information needed with a view to creating a clear and consistent set of content that is coherent and meets quality standards across the business. Experience of having designed and written user content previously SAAS / Software domain knowledge The role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the UK – there might be the very occasional visit to the North East (2x per year), which if so, will be fully paid for by the company. It is being recruited on a 2 year fixed term contract – if you dont know what that is, it\’s the same as a permanent role in terms of salary, benefits, treatment etc, the difference is the role will have an end date.
