We’re hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join a leading international FMCG operations team, managing stock activity across multiple European sites. This is a high-impact, cross-border role ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and a desire to drive process excellence within a globally recognised business.

The Role
Reporting to theInventory Manager, you’ll support the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across third-party production sites and warehouses across the EMEA region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain inventory reports and transactions inSAP
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end stock reconciliations
- Collaborate with production and logistics partners across Europe.
- Review and recover value from stock losses and variances
- Post productions, receipts, and sales within defined deadlines
- Work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and external stakeholders
- Ensure accurate reporting and inventory control across all EMEA sites
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in inventory control, warehousing or logistics
- Advanced Excel skills and data accuracy mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-driven, and methodical
- Comfortable working across multiple cultures and locations
