We’re hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join a leading international FMCG operations team, managing stock activity across multiple European sites. This is a high-impact, cross-border role ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and a desire to drive process excellence within a globally recognised business.

The Role
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you’ll support the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across third-party production sites and warehouses across the EMEA region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain inventory reports and transactions in SAP
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end stock reconciliations
- Collaborate with production and logistics partners across UK, Ireland & Europe
- Review and recover value from stock losses and variances
- Post production, receipts, and sales within defined deadlines
- Work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and external stakeholders
- Ensure accurate reporting and inventory control across all EMEA sites
What We’re Looking For
- Background in inventory control, warehousing or logistics
- Advanced Excel skills and a data accuracy mindset
- Prior experience with SAP
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analysis skills, with experience in reconciliation & variance analysis
- Comfortable working across multiple cultures and locations
- Proactive approach, able to manage BAU and ad hoc priorities
