In this role you will collaborate closely with your dedicated recruiters, diving deep into their business’s needs and contributing your expertise to forge innovative sourcing strategies that attract individuals with precisely the qualifications we seek. Your talent market insights will be instrumental in crafting our outreach and influencing our location strategy.
We will be looking to you to leverage diverse recruiting and sourcing tools – from LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to our internal databases, sophisticated search engines, and the art of networking, to proactively build a continuous stream of highly qualified candidates for both immediate and future opportunities. You will prospect and engage with potential candidates, sparking their interest and do the initial screening. Your ability to connect with individuals and articulate compelling opportunities will be key to transforming prospects into enthusiastic candidates.
To ensure a continuous talent pipeline, we expect that you cultivate and nurture a robust network of top-tier talent within our industry, and for you to be our eyes and ears on the market, gathering crucial intelligence and building lasting relationships that give us a competitive edge.
Key Requirements for success as a Talent Sourcer:- Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in sourcing pan-EMEA, including Europe, Middle East and Africa is essential, including emerging markets as well as developing competitive market intelligence utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron, to educate yourself, the business, and recruiting partners on talent market trends.
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information effectively through various channels, including telephone and in-person interactions, such as "networking calls," to identify potential prospects.
- Exceptional Listening Skills: Proven ability to actively listen to and understand prospect information, translating it into compelling narratives and key selling points.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply new information, internal processes, and the talent landscape.
- Strong Storytelling Abilities: Skilled in using data points gathered from recruiting partners and the business to craft engaging stories that resonate with potential applicants and candidates, ultimately leading to job applications.
