Job Description:
Proclinical is seeking an Operations Training and Development Coordinator to manage and enhance the training and development processes within the operations team. This role focuses on scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on training activities and people development, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The position requires a high level of confidentiality and collaboration with operations management to drive performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
– Schedule and coordinate on-shift training, assessments, and education for operational staff.
– Monitor and analyze staff development activities to align with individual goals.
– Report discrepancies in training schedules to operations management.
– Maintain and update training master data and ensure alignment with job roles.
– Support on-the-job training to ensure critical processes are assessed and incorporated into curricula.
– Facilitate trainer standardization and ensure competence assessments are maintained.
– Conduct routine meetings with operational leaders to track progress and ensure development plans are in place.
– Report on key performance indicators to drive operational improvements.
