Ryder Reid Legal are partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Temporary Client Development Manager for their London office, supporting business development across London and Brussels. You will support the firm’s Global Projects group and assist with broader BD efforts across London and Brussels. Working closely with global Client Development teams, you will lead proposal and pitch creation, develop strategic plans, and support lawyer-led client initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage proposals and pitch processes, including drafting, editing, and tracking outcomes
- Create and maintain BD collateral such as capability statements and case studies
- Provide strategic input and business intelligence to support practice growth
- Collaborate with global CD teams across the Middle East, Singapore, and Brussels
- Coordinate events, manage budgets, and support client targeting initiatives
- Support directory submissions, awards, and branding efforts
- Facilitate partner integration and business development coaching
