Employment type: Per diem, hourly clinician role considered casual employment, 8-23 patient care hours per week.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
  • Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification.
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting.
  • State licensed in MD, obtained by your One Medical start date.

This is an hourly role across multiple locations in Bethesda, MD. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $77.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
