Key Accountabilities: Assessing Pre Approval cases Contacting 2plan Financial Advisers to discuss cases as required Ensuring Pre Approval records are kept up to date Managing workflow of cases Assisting with Adviser Induction Courses Other compliance work as required, such as reviewing procedures, AML, training of staff and Advisers Proactively identifying trends and suggesting improvements Building relationships with key contacts internally and externally, providing advice and guidance What you will need to succeed: Experience within a financial services organization in a similar role Ideally Level 4 diploma qualified, with support for higher qualifications like Chartered Knowledge of COBS, ICOB, and MCOB regulations Strong financial planning and technical knowledge Coaching and feedback skills Ability to build rapport Strong organizational skills Understanding of risk Willingness to develop wide skills and knowledge Good communication skills Desire to learn and develop Attention to detail Sound judgment Problem-solving skills Clear written communication Ability to remain calm under pressure Why us?
