An opportunity to join a well established digital consultancy delivering impactful services across the UK public sector. You will be working on a major healthcare initiative, supporting the discovery and design of accessible, user centred digital services within a multi disciplinary agile team.

Service Designer Responsibilities:

  • Lead service design activities through discovery, alpha and beta stages
  • Apply the GDS framework to shape services that meet user needs and policy goals
  • Create and communicate service blueprints, user journeys and experience maps
  • Collaborate with researchers, content designers, developers and product teams
  • Advocate for inclusive, evidence-based design approaches across teams and stakeholders

Service Designer Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the GDS framework and experience across discovery, alpha and beta phases
  • Previous delivery experience on public sector or digital projects
  • Skilled in service mapping, stakeholder engagement and user-centred design
  • Ability to work in cross-functional agile teams in fast-paced environments
