Test Manager

Test Manager – £600 – £650 outside IR35 – Remote (Occasional travel in London)

La Fosse are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a large-scale transformation programme within a global energy organisation.

You'll be responsible for overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of test phases, ensuring quality and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall test strategy across multiple workstreams in alignment with the programme’s delivery roadmap.
• Develop and manage detailed test plans, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional test activities across business units, third parties, and delivery partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive the creation of test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements, ensuring full traceability and coverage.
• Manage test environments and data preparation, coordinating with technical teams to support timely and stable test execution.
• Oversee testing of complex enterprise platforms supporting core operational and financial processes, with preference for experience with ERP preferably IFS or similar systems.
• Champion continuous improvement, refining test processes, tools, and ways of working based on lessons learned.
