The Role:

  • Lead Gen & Campaign Management: Designing, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Analytics & Insights: Monitoring performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Client Collaboration: Participating in regular client calls to provide updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Scaling Strategies: Innovating with A/B testing and staying ahead of industry trends to maximise campaign impact.
  • Account Management: Managing client relationships and ensuring accounts are handled with care and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Meta Ads Expertise: A proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns with advanced targeting and pixel tracking and omnichannel expertise of other platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Paid Social Experience: Several years of experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex insights.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented professional with a passion for scaling success.

Salary: £30,000 - £37,500 per annum.
