We are currently looking for a Skilled Multi-Trade Person to join our team in Cornwall in February 2025.
Overall purpose of the role: We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills across various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential and commercial properties. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
- Perform repairs and installations in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Proven experience in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform various trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Respond to maintenance requests from clients promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed, including time, materials, and client interactions.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance work.
