The Role: Primarily office based support of 7 companies Sage Line 500 systems. Contribute to 3 further implementations in the short term prepare and skill up for others. Work with a team of 14 (will be 20) looking after 800 + users. Current environment includes: Business Objects, Informix SQL & Ace, Informix 4GL, Report Writer, Version One, Db forms, DbMail, DbFax, Sage and Adaptus bespoke software, Sage GUI, VI Enquiries and Orbis Alerts.
The Person: 3 years experience of Sage Line 500 implementations, working knowledge of ledgers, stock, purchasing, sales order processing, telesales, warehouse management and EDI. Graduate level education. AIX/Unix knowledge prepared to travel throughout UK and Europe as required. Enthusiastic, positive, intelligent, team player, customer focused and credible with all staff including commercial management.
