The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is seeking Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultants with experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 F&O projects. Candidates should have a hands-on approach, a solid understanding of finance processes and procedures, and knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A proven consultancy track record is essential, as this role involves continuous interaction with clients and project teams, including both onshore and offshore development teams. The role also includes presales activities related to Dynamics F&O functionality and the broader Microsoft platform. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal development, support business development efforts, and mentor junior staff. This position is crucial for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions at KPMG. Responsibilities Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all project phases Engagement with D365FO interfaces and integrations Gathering and documenting functional requirements, conducting gap/fit analysis Producing solution and integration design documents in collaboration with development teams Managing scope (creep) and change control processes Delivering end-user training to clients and colleagues Providing on-site support during delivery and go-live phases Maintaining awareness of product roadmap and upcoming releases of D365FO Responding to RFPs and RFQs Solving complex problems with creative solutions Understanding product roadmap and communicating changes to team members Identifying upselling opportunities and understanding additional company capabilities Promoting company values Completing internal processes and mandatory training on time Performing additional duties as instructed by Directors Representing KPMG MBS professionally and positively Requirements Consulting experience and strong presentation skills Ability to lead meetings and workshops, confidently presenting to C-Suite executives Minimum 4 years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or AX2012, including modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, Project Management and Accounting, Fixed Assets Experience with financial consolidation and elimination Knowledge of electronic banking files and tax reporting Understanding of financial workflows and journal approvals Experience with multi-legal entries and multi-currency transactions Experience with interfaces and integrations of D365FO Good understanding of accounting principles and systems Microsoft Dynamics certification in Finance (preferably current version) Solid finance background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified preferred) Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps is beneficial Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus) Understanding of Power Platform and Business Intelligence is a plus Soft Skills Confidence and professionalism Ability to work independently and in teams Leadership skills for managing junior consultants Effective time and task management Calm and clear thinking under pressure Creative problem-solving abilities Client-centric mindset focused on satisfaction Willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies Confidence to seek guidance from senior colleagues Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Consulting and Information Technology Industries IT Services, IT Consulting, Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
