Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in the heart of London, is currently seeking an Operations and Training Manager to join their thriving Management team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of 45,000 to 48,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and exceptional opportunities for career growth and development.

As the Operations and Training Manager for an INBOUND DMC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of the department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Groups division, while implementing strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive overall success through training and learning of the TOUR PLAN system.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a proven track record of success in operations management within a DMC with TOUR PLAN knowledge. You should have a deep understanding of group dynamics and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and your team. You will be a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities of the Operations Manager Groups role include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Groups department, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal performance

  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures

  • Training and supporting the operations team
