We’re working with a high-growth health supplement business that’s redefining wellness with science-backed, sustainably sourced products. With a loyal customer base, booming D2C sales, and exciting retail partnerships launching, the business is scaling fast. Now looking for its first in-house Finance Manager to build and lead the function.
The Role
This is a sole-charge, high-impact role reporting directly to the founders. You’ll own the day-to-day finance operations while building the foundations for scale. It’s a rare opportunity to step into a commercial, hands-on role with full visibility across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Own month-end, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and reporting
- Develop scalable processes, systems, and controls from scratch
- Business partner with founders and department heads on strategy, performance and growth plans
- Manage year-end and external accounting relationships
- Provide commercial insight across pricing, margins, marketing spend and inventory
About you
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong grounding in financial and management accounting
- Experience in a fast-paced consumer or product-led business
- Hands-on and proactive, with a process improvement mindset
- Comfortable working in a stand-alone role and rolling your sleeves up
- Excellent communicator – able to influence non-finance teams
