If you are as ambitious as we are and you’re looking to progress a career within Supply Chain leadership, join us as a Warehouse Shift Manager on the day shift within our Brakes Depot located in Harlow. It’s a critical role in ensuring that the warehouse operation is running safely and efficiently, and that we are catering to our customers' every need - both now and in the future.
You’ll take full shift responsibility from goods in, stock management and order picking, through to dispatch. You’ll ensure productivity targets are achieved, and high levels of customer service are delivered through effective day to day management of your team in an engaging and motivating way to share success. It’s a busy role which requires you to think on your feet and pro-actively problem solve.
As Warehouse Shift Manager you will deal with operational challenges as they arise, escalating to more senior managers if necessary. You will want to make a difference and proactively look for ways to make improvements and challenge current ways of working on the Day Shift. You’ll be tenacious and resilient; you’re a pro-active problem solver, with the drive and determination to overcome challenges to succeed.
To join us as a Warehouse Shift Manager you will have previous management experience in a high-volume, fast paced warehouse operation. You will be results driven and demonstrate good commercial awareness and strong analytical skills which you’ll use to make sound decisions. A great communicator, you will be people focused and have the skills to get the best out of your teams.
