The Category Executive β Teamwear will deliver market leading standards in teamwear & B2C business ensuring enhanced customer experience.
The Role:
- Manage fulfilment of Specialist Sports commitments to wholesale trade accounts & teamwear partners.
- Management of extensive list of teamwear customers, maximising commercial revenue from B2B and B2C channels by ensuring timely dispatch, OTIF and management of day-to-day queries.
- Growth of teamwear category through new and existing customers, pro-active approach to developing existing and finding new business.
- Input to teamwear category management to accurately forecast and control inventory for teamwear category and associated products.
- Management of teamwear clubs through Specialist Sports club shop portal ensuring accurate set up and fulfilment in line with agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with embellishment partners ensuring accurate fulfilment of club/portal orders.
- Manage placement and fulfilment of bespoke orders through the adidas Locker Room platform.
- Manage teamwear customer orderbook ensuring OTIF fulfilment of requirements.
- Manage teamwear database of wholesale, B2B & B2C customers ensuring accurate contacts and key engagement dates are held.
- Create appropriate sell in tools for teamwear category and ensure Specialist Sports websites are maintained with correct product images, product information and associated resources.
- Assist with general sales enquiries via all media, work with customer fulfilment team to ensure all customers receive orders OTIF.
- Other ad-hoc duties as delegated from time to time by the Teamwear Category Manager, Sales and Marketing Director or any other person designated in their absence.
The Category Executive β Teamwear should hold some relevant experience and qualifications, have an enthusiastic professional approach and a personal affinity with sports. The role will be predominantly field based, national travel should be expected alongside frequent visits to Specialist Sports Southampton HQ. Working hours may be varied depending on the requirements of the role.
