Now, we’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a talented squad of 10 engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in the code.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a cross-functional team of 10 engineers, guiding delivery, performance, and culture.
  • Remain hands-on with the codebase, architecture, and technical decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape our product and engineering vision.

  • Ensure scalable, clean code and lean delivery processes.
