This autonomous role involves full engagement with customers and senior management, focusing on reducing pest issues and ensuring high-quality service across client sites.
Job PurposeYou will be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving pest problems and minimizing risks through a hands-on approach. Taking ownership of escalated sites, you will develop treatment plans, assess work quality, and implement escalation programs to ensure pest-free and well-proofed properties. You will also lead presentations and site meetings, guiding stakeholders towards achieving pest-free environments and delivering expected standards.
Your Skills And Experience- Full valid driving license
- Higher-level Industry Qualification (BPCA Certificated Advanced Technician/RSPH Level 3 in Pest Management)
- Proven pest control experience
- Strong written English skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
- Confident in written and oral communication
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience servicing food retailers (desirable)
