Our client provides asset and property management services to the high-end rental living sector; they are looking for a handyman with multi-trade style skills to assist them for at least a 3-month period / ongoing work with the opportunity of a permanent position.\\n\\nYou will be Taking an apartment from the state of move out ready for the next tenant to move in, along with re-active maintenance / planned works across the two high end apartment blocks they own in Southampton centre.\\n\\nMust Have your own van, tools and PPE.\\n\\nDuties will include property repairs and general maintenance such as (this is not an exhaustive list);\\n\\nHanging doors\\nSkirting\\nKitchen repairs\\nPainting & Decorating\\nBasic plumbing\\nFull kitchen installs\\nFull bathroom installs\\nTiling\\nOther handyman / Multi tasks\\nGroundwork\\nExteriors Maintenance\\n\\nYou must be\\n\\nReliable\\nHardworking\\nWell presented\\nExperienced
