Job Title: Site Supervisor / Manager – Passive Fire Protection\\nLocation: London\\nSalary: Competitive + Package\\n\\nEstablished in 1989, Our client is the UK's leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country.\\n\\nWith offices nationwide, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking, modern construction business, that genuinely cares about it's people.\\n\\nWe are looking for candidates with previous experience working on working on Fire Door / Fire Stopping projects, with a proven track record of successful people management and service delivery.\\n\\nSupervisor – Responsibilities:\\n\\nAchieve all pre agreed KPI targets via the effective supervision of operatives.\\nMonitor organise and direct operatives and subcontractors to ensure all agreed productivity levels are met.\\nBuild an excellent working relationship with the client and their designated partners.\\nEnsure all operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures.\\nCarry out pre and post inspections as required to raise accurate works\\nCheck quality of works carried out.\\nEnsure operatives comply with all Health and Safety procedures.\\nManage and monitor all work in progress to ensure effective service delivery is achieved.\\nAddress poor performance promptly.\\nReport any accidents to Health and Safety Manager immediately.\\nCarry out appropriate regular communication meetings with operatives and subcontractors, such as performance meetings, toolbox talks and one to ones.Supervisor – Experience:\\n\\nCSCS Card\\nSMSTS\\nAsbestos Awareness\\nFIRAS / FDIS / NVQ Qualification\\nProven track record in leading and delivering a Fire Doors projects\\nIT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages\\nAbility to understand client / contract requirements to maximise productivity and measure and improvement\\nExcellent written and oral presentation\\nGood understanding of H&S legislation\\nExperience of managing and improving internal and external customer relationships and conflict handlingSupervisor – Salary & Benefits:\\n\\nYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
