Role: RPA Developer (Blue Prism)
Rate: £400 p/d Inside IR35
Location: Midlands HQ – Hybrid Model – 1 day p/w on site
Duration: 6 months
We are looking for an RPA Developer with experience using Blue Prism and Power Automate. You must also be prepared to gather requirements and work with stakeholders to build solutions.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in both Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of RPA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in analysing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in developing and testing RPA workflows.
- Solid understanding of integration techniques with various enterprise systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions, including process definition documents, solution design documents, and test plans.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure accuracy and stability.
- Deploy and monitor RPA solutions, ensuring their smooth operation and identifying areas for optimization.
