What you'll do as Reservations and Sales Manager:
- Lead all reservation channels - direct, online, and through luxury travel partners.
- Curate tailored experiences for VIPs, weddings, exclusive-use guests, and special occasions.
- Manage rates and availability across all distribution channels with a focus on accuracy and strategic revenue delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Events, and Front of House to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Support hosted press visits and VIP guests, handling logistics with care and discretion.
- Own key reporting, revenue summaries, and OTA/commission processes.
- Respond to and convert high-value enquiries related to specialised guest experiences and private bookings.
What you'll bring as Reservations and Sales Manager:
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS platforms (CLOCK PMS is an advantage), distribution systems, and restaurant diary booking tools.
- Proven sales and conversion skills with a warm, luxury-minded approach.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to thoughtful, proactive service.
- Experience in a five-star or boutique hotel environment, with an eye for detail and polish.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills - both guest-facing and cross-departmental.
This is a hands-on role and as Reservations Manager you will be a team of 1 and so have ownership of the role. There is reactive sales within the role and so experience in this is advantageous. You will be a Reservations Manager who is reservation focused and has a good knowledge of PMS, BOB and the daily flash. It is important that you have good revenue knowledge. You will be expert in converting enquiries and extracting information for the operations team to ensure a smooth booking and to impress the client.
