Beach Baker is recruiting for a City-Based startup fusing deep property expertise with cutting-edge AI to make valuations faster and smarter—without losing the human touch. Their tools are designed to support valuers, not replace them. We’re looking for a RICS Registered Valuer with experience in residential secured lending (including HMOs and MUFBs) who’s excited to help shape the future of property tech.

What You’ll Do
- Review, refine, and sign off AI-assisted valuation reports using your expertise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Help shape and maintain robust quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to ensure our tools meet real-world needs. (No coding required—just curiosity and openness to new ways of working.)
What We’re Looking For
- RICS Registered Valuer with strong experience in secured lending (including HMOs and MUFBs).
- Comfortable with—or eager to explore—desktop valuations.
- A proactive team player who’s happy to lead or support as needed.
