DBK are a long-established Residential Estate and Lettings Agency with offices across West London (Hounslow, Heston and Southall).
Role
- Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- You will be at the forefront of the business – meeting and assisting landlords and tenants with lets and rents.
- Registering customers, booking and conducting viewings
- Handling tenant applications
- Prospecting landlords for new business
Skills and Experience
- UK driving license and car are essential
- Industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience within a customer service role is desirable
- Knowledge of local area and located within easy reach of offices is essential
- Excellent communication skills, professional and presentable
- Experience in using CRM systems desirable
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday with 1 Saturday off in every 4
- Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm and Sat: 9.30am to 3pm
