The Role: The lead functional consultant will configure SuccessFactors modules within projects, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and are delivered using best practices and appropriate methodologies like FastTrack or SAP Activate. The role involves supporting sales with scoping, solution design, and estimating.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead workshops, define and document configurations, ensure smooth transition to maintenance teams, support solution challenges.
- Data Migration: Organize data mapping, ensure client responsibilities are fulfilled, adhere to data security procedures.
- Integrations: Support requirements definition, facilitate workshops, complete documentation.
- Test Activities: Conduct testing, ensure issues are resolved before customer testing.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR services delivery and SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Payroll implementations.
- Leadership in multiple end-to-end deployment projects involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and UK Payroll.
- SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central Payroll (preferred).
