My client is an exciting and disruptive B2B marketing agency based in Oxfordshire that already has an impressive list of major corporate clients. They are seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing and managing all campaigns and activities.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the main contact for client enquiries.
- Build strong client relationships, becoming an integral part of their team.
- Translate client strategies into marketing plans and actionable briefs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Plan activities within client budgets, balancing priorities.
- Set measurable KPIs, track performance, and optimize strategies.
- Provide clear campaign reports and presentations to clients.
- Lead regular status and strategy meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet goals.
- Turn insights and research into detailed briefs for creative and digital teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients effectively.

The Package
- Basic salary Β£40,000 β Β£50,000
- Up to 10% bonus based on targets
- 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 (+1 for each year of service)
- Pension β 5% employer contribution
