The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Salary: £30K per annum. Hours: 08:45am - 17:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with a 4pm finish on Friday. 25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays. Permanent Health Insurance scheme - pays up to approx. 2/3 salary after 6 months absence. Life assurance – 4x basic salary. Free on-site parking. Employee Assistance Programme. Pension 4.5% matched, with salary sacrifice scheme. Company Sick pay scheme based on service (payment is basic pay). Discretionary payment for 0–1 year; after 1 year: 1 month full pay, 1 month half pay; 2-3 years: 2 months full pay, 2 months half pay. Potential for bonus depending on Company performance.

In this role, you will support the Head of Marketing and the team in delivering brand and corporate marketing strategies. You will be part of a dynamic marketing department, taking ownership of multiple tasks. You will play a key role across digital marketing channels, including social media and online advertising, supporting daily marketing activities and brand promotion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the brand(s) website, including reporting mechanisms.
  • Maintain and grow social media platforms, creating engaging content to increase outreach.
  • Set up and analyze email marketing campaigns, making improvements based on results.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across PPC, SEO, and paid social media.
  • Create multimedia content for various channels.
  • Coordinate email communications and optimize their effectiveness.
  • Manage relevant databases for email campaigns.
  • Collaborate internally to align marketing strategies with target sectors.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging online and through digital PR and advertising.
  • Support internal and external events to enhance brand presence.
  • Assist with photography, sourcing images, and filming as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
  • Maintain branded promotional materials.
  • Perform any other duties within your skills and abilities.

Essential Qualifications / Experience / Certifications:

  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Interest and experience in SEO and campaign reporting.
  • Experience in CRM management and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple social media channels and grow audiences.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics / G4.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative thinking to differentiate from competitors.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
