Marketing and Business Development Assistant

This Central London law firm, known for its Private Client and Real Estate work, is looking for a BD and Marketing Assistant to join the team, to support across all practice areas. The firm prioritises building strong relationships and collaboration is one of the team’s fundamental values.

The role will suit someone who has experience working in a law firm, either from an administrative background or someone who has some exposure to BD and Marketing and has a willingness to keep learning.

\\n\\n

This role will report into a Senior BD and Marketing Manager, who is an excellent mentor and can offer a great development opportunity.

\\n\\n

This is a really exciting role for someone to grow their BD and Marketing skills in a firm which has recently refreshed its brand. The team you will be supporting have ambitious plans to roll out various strategies, including campaigns, building a pipeline and profile-raising initiatives. This means you’ll get real exposure to a variety of work from the outset.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the specialist practice area teams to develop their BD plans

\\n\\t

• Work with the events team in creating and running internal and external events;

\\n\\t

• Assist with the awards and directories submission process, which will include drafting copy

\\n\\t

• Take the lead on their client newsletters and communications

\\n\\t

• Schedule and attend BD meetings and take minutes.
