About the Role
Zachary Daniels are currently seeking a highly capable and results-driven Logistics Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, time-sensitive operational projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across business units and external partners, you'll play a key role in driving change and delivering measurable value. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and is confident managing projects from initiation through to successful completion. The project will involve warehouse consolidation with a potential new site opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Logistics Optimization: Analyze logistics operations and propose improvements for cost reduction and efficiency. Collaborate with 3PL providers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Facilitate communication among internal departments (procurement, warehouse, finance, etc.). Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards/reports. Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
