Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for passionate and driven Teaching Assistants (TA's) to make a positive impact in the schools we work with across the borough of Beckenham. Opportunities range from daily supply work to working full/part-time, long-term positions across EYFS - KS2.
The TA positions that we recruit for are as follows:
- EYFS TA: Support young children's development in early years settings by fostering a safe, nurturing environment that encourages learning through play, while promoting communication and motor skill development.
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) TA: Deliver one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs, implementing personalised strategies to enhance their academic achievement and emotional resilience.
- General Classroom TA: Collaborated with teachers across all key stages (EYFS to Year 6), contributing to smooth classroom operations and effective learning experiences through proactive support and engagement.
