Job Title: People & Culture Business Partner/HR Manager Team: People & Culture/Human Resources Job Context: Reports to a HR Director Direct Reports: HR Advisors, HR Assistant Location: Inizio operates a Remote Working Policy where the jobholder will be expected to be present at our office at Ashby de la Zouch for a minimum of 2 days each weekJob Purpose/Overview: Inizio Engage is a leading global commercialisation partner, supporting pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations to improve the lives of patients in more than countires. We are currently recruiting for a People and Culture Business Partner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As PCBP you are responsible for the People & Culture Team and how this team partners with the business. You will partner with local BU leads, lead a team of HR Generalists that will support the business with employee relations HR related matters such as on-boarding, annual leave, payroll queries, and prepare and report on key MI Metrics, using data to drive required changes and inform the Business. You will also play a large role in rolling out company engagement initiatives, fostering our unique culture and our EVP. Key Responsibilities
